Paul the Robot is our account troubleshooting utility. Enter your domain name below and Paul will check for the following errors:

1. Your domain name has the correct DNS settings.
2. Your domain name has a valid IP address.
3. Zone files are ok for your domain.
4. Your account is not overdue with NSI.
5. A connection can be established with your domain name from outside of the Nethost.ws network.
6. Paul will also provide you information on how to setup your e-mail client and provide you links to documentation in regards to FTP.
